From my first meeting with Mr McAlinden to after my two cataract operations I found him to be welcoming, caring, supportive and helpful, he put me at ease as I was worried about the first operation. He explained everything in detail before and during the operation, also checked several times that I was ok and comfortable, made me feel secure, as did his team. The second cataract operation I was not at all worried and I had the same treatment from Mr McAlinden and his team. The follow up call the night after was not at all rushed. Mr McAlinden was professional and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him, in fact I have already done so. I cannot think of anything that Mr McAlinden could do to improve his care , he was an absolute gentleman.

I am pleased to say that I had excellent care from all concerned. In particular, I was made to feel relaxed in what was for me a very nervous lead up to the procedure. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Mr McAlinden has a very calming disposition and explained the procedure clearly. It must be difficult working in an environment of continuous criticism but this team are exemplary, in competence and efficiency. My only criticism and it is minor is the time it took for the initial consultation

Very professional. Put me totally at my ease as I was quite nervous. Follow up telephone call greatly appreciated, both caring and considerate. Would recommend Mr C Macalinden without any hesitation.

Mr McAlinden explained everything in great detail. and was very thorough in prescribing new eye drops for my extremely dry eyes and anti virals prior to my procedure as I had shingles in the eye a few years before. I found him to be very approachable and I was comfortable in asking him any questions I had about the procedure.

I was very nervous as I am a widow, live alone but still work. I also live in a rural area and rely on my car. I was treated with such care that I would not hesitate to recommend Mr McAlinden and his team to anyone. I cannot thank them enough
